2 – Bosco di S. Agnese Natural Reserve

The Natural Reserve lies at the bottom of Chianti Hills, between Poggibonsi and Castellina. The area, called after the nearby romanesque parish church, has great natural and environmental appeal. It is a wood made of cypresses that dates up to the Etruscan period.
The “Bosco di S.Agnese” is one of the few examples of naturalized cypress wood in the central Mediterranean basin and one of the only three cypress woods by seed in Italy.

Duration: 2 hours (On demand you can pair the guided hike to a traditional products and wines tasting or with a cooking lesson, by a farm house of the territory. In this case the duration of the hike is subject to change.)
